Overview
The Arospeed lightweight crank pulley is a machined 6061 aluminium replacement for the Toyota 4A-GE's factory crankshaft pulley. It swaps the heavy OE pulley for a lighter unit to reduce rotating mass on the crank, which lets the engine spin up and slow down more freely. The pulley carries a hardened, anodised ("Diamond Coat") finish for wear resistance.
Aimed at 4A-GE owners after sharper throttle response and quicker revs from a simple bolt-on. Arospeed markets its "Lighten" pulleys for reduced rotating mass versus the heavy factory pulley; it is sold as a lightweight, not an underdrive, part.
