We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at DMS Spare Parts.

Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused and in the same condition you received it
• in its original packaging, with all included parts, fittings and documentation

Parts that have been fitted, installed or modified cannot be returned.

Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return arrangements with you directly, including how return shipping is handled for your particular case.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and check its condition, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Taxes are non-refundable.
