Suppress detonation and drop intake-air temps on forced-induction engines running up to 35 PSI of boost.
The AEM V3 Water/Methanol Injection Kit (30-3300) is a boost-dependent injection system for forced-induction and high-compression petrol engines. An onboard internal MAP sensor meters the water/methanol spray progressively with boost, cooling the intake charge and suppressing detonation so you can safely run more timing and boost. A 200 PSI internally-bypassed pump feeds a machined billet injector through one of three interchangeable nozzles, drawing from a 1.15-gallon reservoir with a low-fluid sensor.
Built for tuners running turbo, supercharged or high-compression setups up to 35 PSI who want lower intake-air temperatures and knock margin without swapping their fuel system. Set the start and full-activation points to match your build; an LED dash light reports system status and low-fluid warnings.
Universal kit — match nozzle size to your boost/HP target.
Keep the reservoir topped with a proper water/methanol mix and tune a failsafe — running dry removes knock protection. It supplements fuelling; it is not a replacement fuel system.
