Overview
The AEM 25-302BK is a universal, adjustable rising-rate fuel pressure regulator CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium with a black anodised finish. It fits a return-style fuel system and lets you set base fuel pressure from 20 PSI up to the limit of your pump. A 1:1 vacuum/boost reference adds one pound of fuel pressure for every pound of boost, so injectors stay correctly fuelled as the turbo spools.
Colour-coded, interchangeable discharge orifices (.100", .150", .200") let you match return volume to your pump for stable pressure, covering everything from a stock Honda pump to the largest aftermarket units. A 1/8" NPT gauge port makes precise tuning straightforward.
